Your cloud Library belongs to your account. Use the same sign-in account on your next device. A connection code from a signed-in device is also available; it expires after five minutes. Android and web Google sign-in are being added. Existing Apple accounts can connect another device by code.
Saving a result
Choose Save to Library to keep the photo and marks in your account. Export an image or CSV to keep a separate copy. The web workspace saves corrections to an already-saved photo; check that it reports Saved before leaving.
Reporting an issue
Include your device model, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots without personal information can help. Do not send passwords, provider tokens, or API keys.
Account deletion
Use Delete account in the iPhone app, or email us with the subject “Mark & Tally account deletion”. We will verify ownership before removing an account and its cloud Library. Exported files remain on the devices where you saved them.
